Safety regulations for lifting equipment spreaders

First, lifting and lifting safety operation procedures

1. Lifting work is a special operation, and the lifting driver, commander, and sergeant (hook) must hold a valid "Special Operation Personnel Operation Permit" to allow the work to be carried out; 

2. When lifting work, there must be a commander, a lifting driver, and a clerk to work together; one person cannot concurrently perform two duties at the same time; 

3. Before the operation, the operator should check the lifting machinery, tools, tools, spreaders, slings and rigging, and confirm that it meets the safety requirements before use; 

4. When lifting work, only one person can be a commander, and other personnel must obey the commander's command; 

5. Before the lifting operation starts, the driver must ring the bell to confirm that no one in the danger zone can start the operation; 

6. In an emergency, anyone can issue a stop or evasive signal and the driver must perform it; 

7. When lifting heavy objects, it is necessary to carry out a test lift of 0.5 m from the ground, and then lift it after confirming safety; 

8. The crane is not allowed to stand under the crane boom; it is strictly forbidden to operate the boom above the person; 

9. The sergeant should leave the dangerous area before lifting; when lifting, it is strictly forbidden to stand on the lifting object or hold the lifting object by hand and follow the lifting object; 

10. It is strictly forbidden to stand on hooks, loose hooks and bundled objects above the unstable objects; 

11. It is strictly forbidden to use cranes to carry out slanting and slinging; 

12. At the end of the operation, the ropes, spreaders and other utensils should be cleaned up and placed at the specified location. The inspection should be strengthened and the equipment to be scrapped should be replaced in time. 


Second, the factory safe operation procedures 

1. The in-plant transportation operation is a special operation. The driver engaged in the transportation of the factory must hold the “driver's license” or the “operating license” issued by the safety supervision department to permit driving work. 

2. When the driver is on duty, wear personal protective equipment such as overalls and helmets as required; 

3. Before driving, check the technical status of the vehicle's brakes, steering gear, horns, lights, rearview mirrors, tires, etc., and confirm that the vehicle is in good condition; if the fault occurs in the course of the operation, it is necessary to continue the driving operation; 

4, the vehicle loading goods should be bundled firmly, placed in a balanced, to prevent the center of gravity from tipping over; 

5. When loading and unloading the goods, the driver must leave the cab and transfer to a safe place;

6. It is strictly forbidden to drive after drinking, not to smoke while driving, to eat, talk and engage in activities that hinder safe driving; 

7. It is strictly forbidden to overload or overload;

8. Observe the relevant regulations when loading flammable and explosive materials; 

9. Strictly abide by the regulations for driving in the factory, and prohibit overspeed driving; 

10. In addition to the “driver's license”, the driver of the crane (crane) must also hold the “driver’s license” for the lifting driver; in addition to complying with the above-mentioned relevant regulations, the driver’s safety regulations must also be observed.
